PSP released details about the 26-year-old Titusville man who was killed in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday, August 4, on Route 157 in Pinegrove Township, Venango County.
Authorities say Andrew J. Malone was driving a 2015 Ford Fusion westbound when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a guiderail, crossed both lanes and then struck a tree. Malone, who was not wearing a seat belt, suffered fatal injuries. The crash happened around 3:14 p.m. west of Hockman Road.
Community Ambulance Service assisted state police at the scene.
