A 22-year-old Franklin man faces felony burglary and assault charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he forced his way into a Clarion Township apartment during a child custody dispute Sunday.
Exploratorium.com reports, Police say Conner Ryan Forsythe entered the apartment on Robinwood Drive and shoved a woman, causing minor injuries. Forsythe was arraigned and released on $25,000 bail.
Forsythe’s preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 18.
