A 63-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing misdemeanor open lewdness and summary disorderly conduct charges after police said he was seen urinating in public in view of a child at the Beyer Apartments on July 13.
According to explorejeffersonpa.com, the child became frightened and ran from the area after witnessing the incident.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 6.
