A 35-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Wednesday in Morris Township, Clearfield County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
WJAC News reports Troopers said the rider was traveling north on Route 53 near Trolley Street around midnight when the motorcycle failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, left the roadway and struck a tree. The rider, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s identity has not been released as the crash remains under investigation.
