A 78-year-old Marienville man is facing charges after Pennsylvania State Police say he damaged another man’s vehicle during a verbal dispute in Clarion Township.
ExploreClarion.Com is reporting, Donald Leroy Harp allegedly punched the hood of a Jeep multiple times while confronting a man outside a residence on North Jefferson Place on April 15, causing more than $2,600 in damage.
Harp was charged May 1 with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 2 before Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill.
