A Pennsylvania State Police pursuit in Decatur Township ended with the arrest of a Morrisdale man wanted on an outstanding warrant, authorities said.
WTAJ News is reporting, Toby James Chencharick, 27, was charged with felony fleeing and eluding police and two counts of reckless endangerment after allegedly leading troopers on a high-speed chase March 31, during which he passed vehicles in no-passing zones and crossed double yellow lines, including while overtaking a school bus. Troopers said they identified Chencharick while following the vehicle and ultimately stopped him using a PIT maneuver.
He was taken into custody without further incident and later arraigned on the new charges after being lodged in the Clearfield County Jail.
