A 72-year-old Brockway man is back in custody after authorities say he failed to comply with Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law requirements following his release from prison.
State police allege Keith William Anderson, classified as a sexually violent predator, did not report to a court-ordered residence in Snyder Township and failed to update his address or complete required registration steps. Anderson was taken into custody April 3 after being located at UPMC Altoona and was arraigned April 7, with bail set at $100,000.
Anderson remains jailed in Jefferson County pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 20.
