According to Southern Clarion County Regional Police, 31-year-old Amanda Mae Blair was apprehended on an outstanding warrant from the Clarion County Probation Department.
Authorities state Blair initially provided a false identity before admitting her name. A subsequent search of her purse reportedly uncovered a glass pipe with suspected methamphetamine residue. Blair is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 17 before District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller.
