State police have filed additional charges against Devin Moore, 38, of Grampian after a forensic review of seized devices allegedly uncovered nearly two dozen files containing child sexual abuse material.
WTAJ News reports, Moore was previously charged with physically and sexually abusing two young girls over several years, beginning when one victim was in the fourth grade. Investigators allege the children’s mother, Sara Moore, knew of the abuse but failed to report it, instead having Moore sign a handwritten promise to stop.
Moore now faces more than 20 felony counts and remains held at Clearfield County Prison, while Sara Moore is scheduled for a court appearance Feb. 26.
