A Tionesta woman was airlifted to a hospital after a single-vehicle crash late Monday on Route 666 in Kingsley Township, Forest County, state police said.
Troopers reported that Genevieve S. Kennedy, 51, was driving eastbound when her vehicle left the roadway, struck a roadside sign and briefly went airborne before landing in a ditch, causing disabling damage.
