An East Brady man has been jailed after authorities said DNA evidence linked him to the sexual assault of a teenage girl.
According to ExploreClaron.Com, Southern Clarion County Regional Police charged 41-year-old Thomas E. Dunkin with multiple felony counts, including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors, following an investigation that began in February 2025. Police said forensic testing matched Dunkin’s DNA to evidence recovered from the victim’s bedroom.
Dunkin was arraigned Jan. 31 and remains in the Clarion County Jail after failing to post $100,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 10.
