Brookville Borough police say two women will face charges following a reported assault on East Main Street.
Officers responded Dec. 28 to a report involving a 32-year-old woman who was evaluated at Penn Highlands Brookville after an altercation with a known 29-year-old woman nearby. Following an investigation, police determined the incident was a mutual fight, and both women will be charged with harassment and disorderly conduct.
Charges have been filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge Gregory Bazylak.
