A Reynoldsville woman and a Ridgway man have been charged with burglary after Pennsylvania State Police linked them to a garage break-in using DNA found on a cigarette butt.
Troopers say items stolen from an Oliver Township garage in December 2020 were later recovered from a residence tied to suspect Steven Frampton, 32, who allegedly admitted to the thefts. DNA evidence matched Frampton and Alexis Shenk, 26, whom investigators identified as an accomplice.
Both face felony burglary and theft charges.
