A Falls Creek man is jailed on felony non-compliance charges after state police say he failed to report multiple address changes required under Megan’s Law.
Ronald Stewart Riffe, 61, was charged November 26 after troopers discovered he moved twice this year without updating his registration within the mandated three days, according to court documents. Police say Riffe, listed as an out-of-state offender on the Pennsylvania Sexual Offender Registry, has not updated his information since January.
Riffe was unable to post $20,000 bail and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on December 10.
