An 83-year-old Punxsutawney man was taken to Penn Highlands DuBois with minor injuries Tuesday morning after state police say he crashed into a vehicle stopped for a school bus on Route 36.
Police say, Walter D. Dicker failed to stop his 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and struck a 2020 Crosstrek driven by 34-year-old Robert Madeley, who, along with his passengers, was uninjured.
Police said all occupants were properly restrained, and Dicker was cited for driving at an unsafe speed.
Elk Run Fire Department, Punxsutawney Borough Police, and Brocious Towing assisted at the scene.
