A late-night traffic dispute on Route 954 led to a bizarre collision in Indiana County after a truck driver reportedly stopped in the roadway in frustration, causing a horse-drawn buggy to crash into the rear of his vehicle.
Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney reported the crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on November 14. The driver of the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado told police he stopped to confront another motorist about an alleged stop-sign violation.
The buggy operator was uninjured, but the truck driver was cited for careless driving.
