First responders were called out to a crash involving a horse and buggy just before 9 o’clock yesterday morning to a location on Route 210 in North Mahoning Township.
Perry Township firefighters were sent along with Jefferson County EMS and state police. Initial scanner reports confirmed the involvement of the horse and buggy.
Few other details have been released by State Police from the Punxsy barracks.
