A 73-year-old Punxsutawney man is facing charges after borough police say he inappropriately touched a woman inside an apartment building elevator.
ExploreJeffersonPa.com reports that, Police allege Gregory Alan Woodbury grabbed the woman’s breast without her consent after following her into the elevator at an East Mahoning Street apartment building on July 26. Woodbury is charged with second-degree misdemeanor indecent assault, along with summary counts of harassment and disorderly conduct. He denied the allegation when questioned by police.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Aug. 17 before Magisterial District Judge Jacqueline J. Mizerock.
