A 24-year-old Oak Ridge woman suffered minor injuries in a single-vehicle crash earlier this month on Route 28 in Allegheny County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said Morrissa N. Armstrong was driving a 2017 Ford Focus northbound in Harrison Township around 2:13 a.m. on May 4 when she lost control of the vehicle, veered off the roadway and struck a guide rail. The vehicle came to rest in the center median and sustained heavy damage. Police said Armstrong was wearing a seatbelt and was not transported for medical treatment.
She was cited for failing to drive on roadways laned for traffic.
