A 19-year-old driver was cited after crashing into a log pile and a log splitter along Route 36 in Jefferson County, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
The single-vehicle accident occurred around 5:37 p.m. Friday when the driver attempted to pull off the roadway onto private property while traveling at an unsafe speed.
