Bucktail stayed hot with a 14-4 win over Northern Potter in six innings, and Punxsutawney shut out St. Marys 4-0, while Otto-Eldred fell to Allegany-Limestone (N.Y.) 8-0. Kane and Johnsonburg were postponed.
On the softball side, DuBois topped Bradford 14-3 in six innings, Brockway knocked off Elk County Catholic 5-2, and Punxsutawney handled St. Marys 13-4, with Curwensville-Moniteau, Johnsonburg-Kane, and Northern Potter–Otto-Eldred all postponed.
