Andrew William Bailor, a 24-year-old Morrisdale man already facing multiple felony rape and assault charges, is now confronting additional counts of aggravated indecent assault stemming from a second alleged victim, according to state police.
GantNews.Com is reporting the new charges were filed after another woman came forward, alleging she was assaulted at age 14 during a ride home.
A preliminary hearing on the new charges is scheduled for April 22.
