A 26-year-old DuBois man is facing charges after police say he broke a window and shouted obscenities during a disturbance at a Warsaw Township home.
According to state police, Dalton Jacob Conrad allegedly pounded on doors and windows and was captured on surveillance video punching through a front window during the Jan. 17 incident. Authorities said he also threatened further damage if residents did not come outside.
Conrad has been charged with criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct, and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing May 12.
