A busy day of high school action saw several lopsided wins across baseball and softball yesterday. In baseball, A-C Valley/Union powered past Clarion-Limestone 18-8, Clearfield edged Bishop Guilfoyle 6-4, and Port Allegany dominated Smethport 21-0, while Union City, Mercer, and Titusville all picked up wins.
In softball, Central Clarion rolled over A-C Valley Union 14-3 , Redbank Valley topped Brookville 8-5, and Clearfield shut out Bishop Guilfoyle 11-0. Multiple games were postponed or suspended due to conditions.
