In District 9/10 crossover play, Meadville beat Moniteau 5-3 and Cranberry nipped Union City 5-4.
On the softball side in District 9, Cranberry earned a 9-7 win over St. Marys, while Curwensville at Moshannon Valley and Karns City at Central Clarion were postponed. In crossover softball, Forest Area powered past Eisenhower 23-8.
