A pickup truck towing a scissor lift crashed on Interstate 80 in Beaver Township, Clarion County, on the night of Feb. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Troopers said a 66-year-old Turbotville man lost control of the equipment while traveling east near mile marker 57, causing the truck to leave the roadway, strike an embankment and the scissor lift to overturn.
The driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured, and he declined medical treatment at the scene.
