Punxsutawney state police filed summary harassment charges after a woman reported receiving unwanted text messages from a man despite asking him to stop.
Troopers said they received the complaint Feb. 23 regarding harassment that began March 9, 2025, in Henderson Township, Jefferson County. Police identified the victim as a 24-year-old woman from Punxsutawney and the suspect as a 25-year-old man from Reynoldsville.
Charges were filed through the office of Magisterial District Judge David Inzana.
