A Reynoldsville man has been charged with a felony after state police say a stolen Harley-Davidson motorcycle found at his residence had been spray-painted to conceal its identity.
Jason A. Schoening, 41, is charged with receiving stolen property after troopers determined the motorcycle’s VIN matched one reported stolen during a June 2024 burglary. Investigators allege the bike had recently been painted black over its original orange color and showed distinctive damage consistent with the stolen motorcycle.
Court records show Schoening was charged Jan. 14, with a preliminary hearing scheduled Feb. 5 before Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
