A Punxsutawney man is facing a felony aggravated assault charge after police say he threatened to break a woman’s neck before attacking her during a domestic dispute.
Authorities said 41-year-old Kevin C. McQuown was arrested following the Jan. 4 incident on Lewis Street, where officers reported hearing children discuss the fight and determined McQuown was the aggressor.
He was arraigned Jan. 5, bail was set at $10,000 unsecured, and the case has since been bound over to Jefferson County Court of Common Pleas, according to court records cited by explorerjeffersonpa.com.
