A Punxsutawney man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he arranged to meet who he believed was a 15-year-old girl for sex.
According to a criminal complaint, Punxsutawney Borough police arrested 31-year-old Zachary Runyon on Dec. 11 after the 814 Pred Hunter group provided officers with explicit message exchanges between Runyon and a decoy teen. Police said Runyon planned to meet the teen at the Punxsutawney Memorial Library before it opened.
Runyon is being held in the Jefferson County Prison on 10% of $100,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for Dec. 18.
