A Brookville man is facing multiple charges after allegedly chasing down and hitting a motorcyclist during a road rage incident in March.
Police say 64-year-old Timothy Zimmerman became angry after being passed on Route 322 and pursued two riders for several miles before striking one of their bikes with his pickup. WTAJ News is reporting,the motorcyclist lost control but was not injured.
Zimmerman allegedly fled the scene but later admitted to hitting the motorcycle. He was released on $40,000 unsecured bail and faces assault and reckless endangerment charges.
