The Clearfield County Salary Board voted Tuesday to approve bonus payments for court employees, funded through fees from criminal cases rather than taxpayer dollars.
Full-time staff will receive $2,500, part-time employees $500, with payments split between September and December payrolls. Judges initially sought an additional bonus for a retiring secretary but agreed to issue it separately.
Bonuses for probation staff will be discussed at the Oct. 14 meeting.
