A 39 year-old Punxsutawney man is facing multiple felony charges after police found a stolen firearm in his vehicle during an April 12 traffic stop.
ExploreJeffersonPa.Com reports, Kyle R. Rebuck, who is prohibited from possessing firearms due to a past involuntary commitment, admitted to having the weapon. Police later confirmed it was stolen.
Rebuck was charged with illegal firearm possession, theft, and receiving stolen property. A preliminary hearing is set for July 3.
