William Donald Isenberg, of Kennerdell, was sentenced on April 29 to 18 months to 3 years in prison for making terroristic threats in September 2024.
This adds to a previous sentence of up to two years for a 2022 incident in which he threatened neighbors with a samurai sword. In the newer case, Isenberg harassed two people while wielding a large stick and shouting threats and slurs. He has been in Venango County Prison since June 2023 and will now serve both sentences without probation.
