A powerful storm swept through Pennsylvania on Tuesday, bringing strong winds and heavy rain that caused widespread power outages across several counties.
More than 10,000 residents in Central Pennsylvania are currently without electricity, with the hardest-hit areas including Clearfield, Centre, Clarion, Indiana and Jefferson counties.
