First responders stayed busy on Memorial Day as several calls were made to Indiana County 911.
Rossiter Volunteer Fire Department was summoned to a report of utility lines down along Juneau Road in Canoe Township around 12:04 p.m. Rossiter crews were dispatched for two more calls, both on Juneau Road. The first was a burn barrel fire around 1:17 p.m. A minute later, crews were called to set up a landing zone.
Cherryhill Township firefighters rounded out calls as they were sent in for traffic control along Route 553 around 4:25 p.m.
