David Matty of Elderton is headed to court this week.
Reports say Matty allegedly took a picture of a woman performing a sex act and sent it to another person. Both the woman and the recipient of the picture provided written statements to the Punxsutawney Borough Police and stated that it was harassment.
The woman also said the picture was taken without her consent.
Charges were filed August 28th in Judge Mizerock’s office and a certified summons sent the same day. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday.
