Three people are facing charges in connection to burglaries at the West End Elementary School, Nic’s Tobacco and OSFS Metals.  The burglaries happened in the nighttime hours of August 29^th. 

18-year-old Zachary Herter of Indiana is facing a long list of charges, including Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Criminal Conspiracy. 

Police have also arrested two 17-year-old boys in connection to the break-ins.  They’re facing the same charges.  On was released to the Jefferson County Juvenile Probation Department and other was released into his parent’s custody.
