Credit Health USA Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is unsecured debt?

Credit card debt, personal loans, medical bills, old utility bills and car repossession balances.

2. Does this affect my credit score?

Yes, in the beginning. As you go through the program your score can improve.

3. Why should I pay you, can't I do this myself?

You can try. Most people who negotiate on their own end up getting into more trouble. There is a big difference having an Attorney representing you in your debt. The corporations have Attorney's representing them, isn't it time you did too?

4. Can you help me with student loans?

No. Student loans are secured by the government. You have to contact the agency with the loan and get a deferment, forbearance, or income contingency payment.
