The DuBois High School cheerleaders will hold their annual Cheer Clinic on Tuesday, May 21st and Wednesday May 22nd at the DuBois High School gym, and Thursday May 23rd at the DuBois Middle School gym...time is 6 to 7:30pm each night...children ages 2 and up are welcome...cost is $25 for child, with special rates for more 2 or more...registration forms are available at the district elementary school offices.

PUNXSY DASH FOR DIABETES
The Punxsy Dash for Diabetes 5k run/1mile walk will be held Saturday, June 1st beginning at 11am at the Punxsutawney Rails to Trails just off Route 36. Fee for the event is $15 until May 18th, after which the fee will be $20. Awards will be handed out and t-shirts will be available if you register early.

STATE POLICE CAMP CADET
The Pennsylvania State Police and the Citizens for Camp Cadet group will be holding Camp Cadet July 21 through July 26 of this year. Camp Cadet is a law enforcement-related summer camp for boys and girls that will be conducted at Clarion University. Applications for Camp Cadet can be picked up at all schools located in Jefferson, Clarion, Forest, Elk, McKean and Clearfield County, along with all State Police stations located in Troop C.
